Patient Experience Volunteers Needed!

Gaylord Hospital

This role supports the Patient Experience Department. We are looking for friendly, compassionate individuals to greet inpatients to gather feedback for their satisfaction level using a Patient Rounding survey tool. You will serve as a bridge between patients and clinical staff to ensure concerns are addressed. Must be dependable in attendance and be able to stand for an extended length of time; walk a considerable distance within the hospital environment.

Must commit to one day per week. Hours are 11:30-1:30 pm.
