Duties and Responsibilities Defend manufacturers in product defect, design defect, and failure-to-warn litigation through all phases. Draft complex motions, expert reports, dispositive briefs, and discovery in high-stakes cases. Conduct depositions, coordinate site inspections, and manage expert witnesses. Provide strategic risk management advice to clients on product liability prevention. Core Requirements JD and active NY bar (additional jurisdictions a plus). 2 - 10+ years of product liability or complex tort defense experience with strong litigation skills.
