Reporting to a Director of Rehabilitation Services with daily support from a Rehabilitation Manager and seasoned clinical specialists, the Pediatric Physical Therapist will evaluate and treat infants, children, and adolescents across inpatient and outpatient settings, manage developmental and neurological conditions, orthopedics, post-surgical rehab, and torticollis, lead family education, document with streamlined EHR tools, contribute to quality improvement, and precept students as desired; the Physical Therapist Pediatric Department role partners closely with friendly nurses, pediatricians, neonatologists, orthopedists, OTs, SLPs, social work, and case management in a diverse, respectful, and team-focused environment that empowers a Pediatric Physical Therapist to practice at the top of license.
