Revenue Operations Manager

Summit Technologies, Inc. is seeking a Revenue Operations Manager for our client, a leading provider of parking enforcement and citation management software for municipalities. The company helps cities modernize curbside compliance through digital permitting, citation management, payment processing, and revenue reconciliation.

The ideal candidate will be a detail-oriented Revenue Operations professional with experience in deal desk operations, CRM administration, forecasting, pipeline management, pricing, and RFP support . This role requires strong analytical and organizational skills, a builder’s mindset, and the ability to collaborate across Sales, Customer Success, Finance, Legal, Marketing, and Product.

The Revenue Operations Manager will oversee the operational backbone of the revenue organization, including CRM management, deal desk, forecasting, pipeline reporting, pricing, and revenue processes. This is a Full-Time, Remote position within the United States , reporting to the Head of Growth.

Responsibilities

• Manage deal desk operations, pricing exceptions, contract structures, and quote-to-cash processes.
• Partner with Sales and Finance on pricing, discounting, margins, and deal economics.
• Own CRM administration, data integrity, dashboards, workflows, and pipeline hygiene.
• Manage forecasting and identify pipeline gaps, risks, and stalled opportunities.
• Support competitive RFP responses and coordinate inputs across internal teams.
• Track RFP outcomes and identify opportunities for process improvement.
• Partner with Finance on billing, revenue recognition, and renewal forecasting.
• Support renewals, expansion pipeline reporting, and revenue analytics.
• Provide leadership with accurate reporting on pipeline, bookings, renewals, and win rates.
• Improve revenue processes, systems, and automation as the organization grows.

Required Skills

• 7+ years of experience in Revenue Operations, Deal Desk, CRM Management, Forecasting/Pipeline Management, and RFP Management.
• Experience supporting sales to public-sector clients, particularly cities and municipalities .
• Strong CRM administration experience with Salesforce, HubSpot, or similar platforms .
• Proven experience managing forecasting and pipeline processes.
• Experience with competitive RFPs, preferably in public-sector or government contracting.
• Strong analytical, organizational, and problem-solving skills.
• Excellent communication and cross-functional collaboration skills.
• Ability to develop processes and systems while balancing hands-on execution with strategic planning.

Strongly Desired

• Experience in parking technology, urban mobility, smart city, or municipal technology.
• Experience with multi-country or multi-currency deal and commission structures.
• Familiarity with government contract vehicles, cooperative purchasing agreements, or public-sector procurement platforms.
