Part Time Food & Beverage - Stand Attendant - Tangle Ridge Golf Course

Job Summary

This position provides friendly and efficient customer service while preparing and serving food and beverage items in a safe and sanitary manner. Responsible for operating point-of-sale systems, processing transactions, maintaining cleanliness and inventory levels, assisting with opening and closing procedures, and supporting daily concession operations to ensure a positive guest experience.

This position has responsibilities that require lifting up to 10 pounds on occasion.

• Greet customers in a friendly and professional manner.
• Prepare and serve food and beverage items according to established procedures.
• Operate cash register and process cash, credit card, and other transactions accurately.
• Maintain cleanliness and organization of concession stands, counters, equipment, and dining areas.
• Restock food, beverages, condiments, and supplies as needed.
• Monitor inventory levels and notify supervisor of low stock items.
• Follow all food handling, sanitation, and safety guidelines.
• Assist with opening and closing duties, including cleaning and securing the stand.
• Respond to customer questions and resolve minor customer concerns courteously.
• Work collaboratively with team members to ensure efficient operations.
• Regular, reliable, and punctual attendance is required.
• All other duties as assigned by a supervisor/manager within your department/division.

Minimum Qualifications

Any combination equivalent to experience and training that would provide the required knowledge, skills, and abilities may qualify. A typical way to obtain the knowledge, skills and abilities would be:

• Education: High School Diploma or GED.
• Experience: Some food and beverage or customer service experience preferred. Must be 18 years of age or older to serve alcohol.
• Licenses: Valid Driver's License required. Ability to obtain and maintain TABC and Food Handler certifications if required by assignment.
