Registered Nurse

As a Registered Nurse at Wilson Medical Center, you will provide patient-centered, evidence-based care to a diverse population, working collaboratively with physicians, advanced practice providers, therapists, and support staff to deliver safe, high-quality clinical outcomes. In this role, you will perform comprehensive patient assessments, develop and implement individualized care plans, administer medications and treatments accurately, monitor and interpret patient conditions, and respond promptly to changes in status using sound clinical judgment. You will coordinate care across the continuum, including patient and family education, discharge planning, and collaboration with interdisciplinary team members to ensure smooth transitions of care. A strong commitment to infection control, patient safety, and adherence to hospital protocols and regulatory standards is essential. You will document all aspects of care clearly and timely in the electronic medical record, participate in rounds and case discussions, and contribute to quality improvement initiatives aimed at enhancing patient outcomes and experience.
