Summary Job Description Registered Nurse Main OR PrePost Surgery 36 Hours, Full Time, Dayshift Join a Collaborative, Patient-Centered Team! Are you a dedicated Registered Nurse looking to make a meaningful impact on patient care? Join our healthcare team and play a key role in providing quality care across all ages-infancy to geriatrics. You'll be responsible for implementing the nursing process, promoting positive patient outcomes, and contributing to a professional and supportive environment. What You’ll Do: Implement the nursing process for assigned patients, ensuring care aligns with Kentucky Nursing Laws and hospital policies. Collaborate with a diverse, inter-professional team to enhance patient outcomes. Lead by example and contribute to continuous professional development and shared governance. Use critical thinking and clinical reasoning to deliver safe, effective care.
