Associate Director, New Product Strategy

Kymera Therapeutics seeks an Associate Director of New Product Strategy to lead early commercial planning for targeted protein degradation programs. The role involves developing market landscapes, shaping product profiles, prioritizing indications, and conducting competitive intelligence to inform portfolio decisions across a clinical-stage pipeline.
Responsibilities
- Own early commercial strategy development for assigned therapeutic programs
- Build disease and market landscapes including patient journey, treatment paradigms, and competitive positioning
- Lead indication prioritization and sequencing based on scientific, commercial, and feasibility factors
- Conduct primary and secondary market research with physicians, payers, and patients
- Develop market models, revenue forecasts, and risk-adjusted assessments for portfolio planning
Requirements
- Experience in commercial strategy or product development within biotech or pharma
- Demonstrated ability to synthesize complex scientific and market data into strategic recommendations
- Expertise in competitive intelligence, market research, and landscape analysis
- Strong analytical skills with proficiency in financial modeling and revenue forecasting
- Excellent cross-functional collaboration and stakeholder management abilities
- Experience with medical affairs, clinical development, or regulatory strategy preferred
