Senior Planner

Resumen del Puesto El Senior Planner es responsable de la planificación estratégica y operativa de la producción, asegurando la optimización de los recursos y el cumplimiento de los plazos. Supervisará el flujo de trabajo, gestionará el inventario y colaborará con diversos departamentos para garantizar la eficiencia y la entrega a tiempo. Responsabilidades del Puesto Desarrollar y mantener planes maestros de producción basados en las previsiones de demanda y la capacidad de producción. Coordinar y programar las actividades de producción, estableciendo prioridades para cumplir con los objetivos de entrega. Gestionar y optimizar los niveles de inventario de materias primas, componentes y productos terminados. Monitorear el progreso de la producción, identificar desviaciones y desarrollar planes de acción correctivos. Colaborar estrechamente con los equipos de ventas, operaciones, compras e ingeniería para asegurar una comunicación fluida y la alineación de objetivos. Analizar datos de producción y rendimiento para identificar oportunidades de mejora de procesos y eficiencia. Liderar proyectos de mejora continua relacionados con la planificación y la cadena de suministro. Capacitar y mentorear a planificadores junior y personal de producción en mejores prácticas de planificación. Asegurar el cumplimiento de las políticas y procedimientos internos, así como de las normativas de calidad y seguridad. Preparar informes de planificación y métricas clave para la gerencia. Cualificaciones del Puesto Licenciatura en Ingeniería Industrial, Gestión de la Cadena de Suministro, Administración de Empresas o campo relacionado. Mínimo de 5 años de experiencia probada en roles de planificación de producción o cadena de suministro, preferiblemente en un entorno de fabricación. Dominio avanzado de sistemas ERP/MRP (SAP, Oracle, etc.) y herramientas de planificación. Fuerte conocimiento de los principios de planificación de la producción, gestión de inventarios y logística. Habilidades analíticas y de resolución de problemas excepcionales. Capacidad demostrada para trabajar eficazmente en un entorno de ritmo rápido y bajo presión. Excelentes habilidades de comunicación interpersonal, verbal y escrita. Capacidad para liderar, influir y colaborar con equipos multidisciplinarios. Certificaciones como APICS CPIM/CSCP son una ventaja. Dominio del idioma inglés (oral y escrito) es deseable. #J-18808-Ljbffr ATL Technology LLC
