The ideal professional will not only manage routine inspections and repairs but also uphold the highest standards of safety and compliance to ensure a secure and functional campus for our student-athletes and staff.As a Maintenance Technician at Masters Academy International, you will be the primary guardian of our campus infrastructure, ensuring the safe and uninterrupted operation of all facility systems. You will be a proactive problem-solver, diagnosing malfunctions and executing a wide range of repairs—from minor carpentry and painting to complex technical troubleshooting. Beyond technical upkeep, you will play a vital role in campus safety by conducting regular hazard inspections, supporting emergency preparedness protocols, and ensuring strict compliance with OSHA standards. Above all, you are committed to the well-being of our community, upholding the highest standards of safeguarding while supporting our students, faculty, and staff.Qualifications:Education: High school diploma or GED required; technical certification or associate degree in a related field preferred.Experience: 3–5 years of experience in maintenance, facilities, or a similar role.Expertise: Demonstrated ability in HVAC, electrical, plumbing, and mechanical systems, as well as the ability to read blueprints, technical manuals, and schematics; Familiarity with building automation systems (BAS) is preferred.Knowledge: Local, state, and federal safety regulations, including OSHA standards and school safety policies; ability to conduct regular safety inspections and address hazards proactively.The salary range is $55,000.
