About the Role
The Company is in search of a Vice Chancellor for Human Resources to provide strategic leadership and oversight of HR functions across its 22 campuses. The successful candidate will be a key member of the executive team, responsible for developing and implementing HR policies and programs that support the institution's mission and values. This role requires a visionary leader with a deep understanding of the higher education landscape, particularly in the areas of talent acquisition, employee development, and labor relations. The Vice Chancellor will also be instrumental in fostering a diverse and inclusive work environment, ensuring that all employees are treated with respect and have the opportunity to thrive. Applicants for the Vice Chancellor for Human Resources position at the company should have a proven track record in a senior HR role, preferably within a large and complex organization. A collaborative and innovative approach to problem-solving is essential, as is the ability to work effectively with a diverse range of stakeholders.
