Aurum Wireless is growing quickly, and we’re looking for ambitious people who want more than another sales job.

Our Manager in Training program is designed for candidates who want to learn our business, prove themselves in the field, and move quickly into leadership. You’ll receive hands-on training in wireless sales, team coaching, interviewing, store operations, performance management, and new-location launches.

The goal is to prepare successful candidates for promotion into a Team Lead or Store Lead position within approximately 60–90 days , based on performance, readiness, and available locations.

What You’ll Do

• Sell major telecom products inside high-traffic retail locations
• Learn Aurum’s customer engagement and sales process
• Help coach and support Mobility Experts
• Assist with interviews, onboarding, and new-hire training
• Provide coverage at locations throughout the Twin Cities
• Help launch and stabilize new retail locations
• Track daily performance and maintain accountability
• Build strong relationships with retail-store leadership
• Learn the operational responsibilities required to run an Aurum location

Schedule

This is a full-time position requiring approximately 40–45 hours per week .

• Wednesday: Leadership training, interviews, and development at our Roseville office
• Thursday–Sunday: Selling, coaching, and supporting Aurum retail locations
• Weekend availability is required
• Reliable transportation is required because this position may support multiple locations
