As we continue to grow, we’re seeking a motivated, results-driven Sales Specialist who shares our passion for helping customers access energy solutions that make a lasting difference.

Position Overview

As a Sales Specialist , you’ll play a key role in connecting customers to impactful energy programs and services. You’ll work directly with homeowners, renters, and businesses to identify energy-saving opportunities, present program benefits, and help them access upgrades that make their spaces more efficient and affordable.

This position combines relationship building , consultative sales , and community outreach . The ideal candidate thrives on making a difference—helping people improve their homes while supporting a cleaner energy future.

Requirements:

 

• Identify, and close sales opportunities for energy-efficient solutions
• Educate clients about available programs—like the Energy Savings Assistance Program—and guide them through the qualification and enrollment process.
• Build and maintain strong, long-term relationships with clients to foster repeat business and referrals.
• Collaborate with internal teams, including technical and project management, to ensure client satisfaction from proposal to completion.
• Conduct on-site visits to assess opportunities, present recommendations, and close deals.
• Stay informed about the latest energy efficiency programs, technologies, and utility incentives.
• Consistently meet or exceed sales goals and performance targets.

Qualifications:

• 2+ years of proven sales experience with a track record of exceeding targets preferred.
• Active Home Improvement Sales Certificate (HISC) preferred.
• Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
• Passion for helping others improve their homes and lives through energy solutions.
• Self-motivated, organized, and results oriented.
• Maintain good driving record, valid driver’s license, insured vehicle and willingness to travel regularly (including occasional overnight stays).
