Deputy Program Manager

ICI Services is an Employee-Owned Company providing Engineering & Integration, Systems Acquisition, Information Warfare, and In-Service Sustainment support to government customers. We are seeking a Deputy Program Manager to support our Navy customer in Washington, DC. Security Clearance Applicant must be eligible to hold an active Department of Defense (DoD) SECRET personnel security clearance. Position/Job Description General Tasking Description: Assist the Program Manager in managing large, multi-year programs. Manage Large Multi-Year Programs: Assist in managing large, multi-year programs, including the organization and direction of short and long-range plans. Program Definition and Organization: Support the overall program definition and organization, ensuring alignment with strategic objectives. Technical Approach and Guidance: Formulate, guide, and direct the technical approach for sub-programs/tasks. Resource Negotiation: Define and negotiate with activity and agency personnel for necessary resources to support program execution. Technical Milestones and Schedules: Establish and control technical milestones and schedules to ensure timely program delivery. Budget and Cost Control: Manage program budgets and costs to ensure financial accountability and adherence to budget constraints. Stakeholder Communication: Communicate effectively with stakeholders to provide updates on program progress and address any issues. Risk Management: Identify and mitigate risks associated with program execution to ensure successful outcomes. Experience Requirements 10 years of professional experience in program/project management. Experience with DoD/DoN procedures and Policies (DoD5000 process). Educational & Certification Requirements Bachelor’s Degree in any field. Project Management Professional (PMP) or DAU Level III certification preferred.
