Outside Counsel: Rail-Trail Legal & Policy Advocate
National Legal Aid & Defender Association
The National Legal Aid & Defender Association seeks proposals for outside legal counsel focused on supporting rail-trail and multiuse trail defense. The selected firm will work with RTC’s general counsel and transition to provide long-term legal services, advising on legislative actions and participating in relevant litigation. Candidates will need experience in environmental and historic preservation law, alongside strong advocacy skills. Proposals are due July 3rd and can be found on RTC's website. #J-18808-Ljbffr
