Property Manager- Springdale, AR Details:

• Temp-to-Hire position
• $ 27.00 to $ 28.00 / hour
• Full Time work available
• First Shift (Monday through Friday from 09:00am to 05:00pm)

*Property Manager* Monday - Friday, 9:00 AM - 5:00 PM We are seeking a detail-oriented and proactive Property Manager to oversee the daily operations and maintenance of our residential properties. The ideal candidate will ensure properties are well-maintained and operations run smoothly. Manage day-to-day property operations, ensuring efficient functioning and tenant satisfaction. Utilize proven property management experience to address a variety of property-related matters. Maintain accurate property records and generate basic reports using Microsoft Excel and other standard computer software. Perform essential minor maintenance tasks, which include, but are not limited to: Changing locks and rekeying. Repairing skirting. Boarding up windows securely. Addressing minor plumbing issues such as leaks or clogs. Conduct regular property inspections to proactively identify and resolve maintenance needs. Communicate effectively and professionally with tenants, vendors, and internal teams. Adhere to company policies and procedures, ensuring compliance with relevant housing regulations. *Required* Ability to work independently and manage time effectively. This person will manage 1 mobile home park in Springdale, 1 park in Berryville, AR, and 1 park in Green Forest.

Property Manager- Springdale, AR Qualifications:

Demonstrable experience in residential property management. * Proficiency with Microsoft Excel for basic data entry, tracking, and reporting. * Working knowledge of Microsoft Windows Operating System. * Proven ability to perform minor maintenance tasks as outlined above. * Strong organizational skills and attention to detail. * Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities.
