NOW HIRING: Special Counsel - Civil Litigation & Construction Attorney

An established and highly respected law firm is seeking a Special Counsel Attorney to join its expanding litigation practice. This is an outstanding opportunity for an experienced attorney looking to work on sophisticated matters while advancing their career in a collaborative and supportive environment.


What We're Looking For:


Active North Carolina Bar License (Required)
6+ years of legal experience
Experience in Civil Litigation and/or Construction Litigation
Experience in Commercial Litigation, Insurance Defense, Professional Liability Defense, and/or Construction Defect Litigation is preferred but not required
Deposition and mediation experience preferred
Trial experience is a plus
Strong legal research, writing, and verbal communication skills
Ability to work independently while managing multiple matters efficiently
Organized, self-motivated, and client-focused professional
