Sales Manager - Washington, USA

We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Sales Manager to join our team in Washington. As a Sales Manager you will be responsible for developing and implementing effective sales strategies to drive business growth. You will lead a team of sales representatives and work closely with them to achieve sales targets and increase market share. Key Responsibilities Develop and implement sales strategies to meet company objectives Identify new business opportunities and establish relationships with potential clients Manage the performance of the sales team, providing guidance and support as needed Monitor market trends and competitor activities to stay ahead of the competition Collaborate with marketing team to develop effective promotional campaigns Prepare sales reports and analysis to track progress towards goals Conduct regular training sessions for the sales team to improve their skills and product knowledge Requirements Bachelors degree in Business Administration or related field Minimum of 5 years experience in sales preferably as a Sales Manager or similar role Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets Excellent leadership communication and negotiation skills Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities Knowledge of CRM software is an asset We offer a competitive salary of $1500 per month plus commission as well as health benefits and opportunities for career advancement.
