Job Title : Oracle Fusion Business Analyst

Location: Stafford, VA (Hybrid – minimum 2 days onsite per week)

Security Clearance: Active Secret clearance preferred; candidates must be willing and eligible to obtain one .

Job Summary

We are seeking an experienced Oracle Fusion Business Analyst with strong functional expertise in Oracle Fusion Cloud ERP, particularly in Supply Chain Management (SCM), Procurement, Inventory, and related ERP modules. The candidate will work closely with business stakeholders, functional consultants, and technical teams to gather requirements, analyze business processes, and support Oracle Fusion implementation, enhancement, and integration initiatives.

Key Responsibilities

• Gather, analyze, and document business and functional requirements.
• Support Oracle Fusion SCM, Procurement, Inventory, and related ERP modules.
• Analyze existing business processes and recommend process improvements.
• Translate business requirements into functional specifications and user stories.
• Collaborate with business stakeholders, developers, and functional teams.
• Support Oracle Fusion configuration, implementation, and enhancement activities.
• Prepare process flows, business requirement documents (BRDs), and functional design documents.
• Develop test scenarios, execute functional testing, and support User Acceptance Testing (UAT).
• Identify, track, and resolve functional issues and system defects.
• Support data migration, validation, reconciliation, and ERP integration activities.
• Prepare user documentation and provide training and post-implementation support.

Required Qualifications and Skills

• Strong functional knowledge of Oracle Fusion Cloud ERP.
• Experience with Oracle Fusion SCM, Procurement, and Inventory modules.
• Understanding of end-to-end supply chain and procurement business processes.
• Experience in requirements gathering, business process analysis, and functional documentation.
• Knowledge of Oracle Fusion implementation, configuration, testing, and support processes.
• Strong communication, analytical, problem-solving, and stakeholder-management skills.
• Ability to work effectively with business and technical teams.

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience with Oracle Fusion integrations and data migration.
• Knowledge of SQL and reporting tools is an advantage.
• Experience with Agile or Waterfall project methodologies.
• Active Secret security clearance preferred.
• Willingness and eligibility to obtain a Secret security clearance.
