Integration Project ManagerPay: $90,000 - $110,000 annually + MyShare Equity ProgramJob PurposeThe Project Manager will oversee project delivery by aligning the team toward goals, managing timelines, and addressing blockers to ensure timely completion. Responsibilities include planning and coordinating project activities, such as allocating resources, managing team workloads, and tracking progress to meet milestones. The role also involves serving as the primary point of contact between external stakeholders (clients, vendors) and the internal team, ensuring alignment on expectations, scope, and changes while providing regular status updates. Additionally, the Project Manager will identify risks early, implement mitigation strategies, and handle scope and change requests.Essential Duties and ResponsibilitiesEngage with external technology partnersConduct administrative duties surrounding project managementCommunicate business updates between internal RJW departmentsSupport project preparationsDevelop process improvements involving project managementUtilize both Agile and Waterfall methodologiesKnowledge, Skills, and AbilitiesA Bachelor's degree, 5+ years of project management experienceExperience working in an Agile environmentProject Management skills including organizing, planning, and executing large-scale projects from vision through implementationExcellent verbal, written, organizational, and time management skillsDetail oriented, able to multitask and meet deadlinesStrong analytical, problem-solving, and conceptual skillsExceptional teamwork and interpersonal skillsStrong change management skillsAction-oriented, "can do" attitude demonstrating willingness to accept accountability and responsibility for individual actionsMust also demonstrate a sense of urgency, take initiative, sense of ownership of their work, strong team player, constant desire to improve, positive attitude, and willing to learn and experience a new environment.QualificationsConceptual knowledge of information technologies and methodologiesExperience with EDI Transactions: 940, 945, 856, 850, 943, 944, 846, 947, 204, 990, 214, 210Prior experience with SaaS procurement and implementationKnowledge of EDI/Integration technology with an emphasis on EDI, API, SQL, and ERP'sExperience in creating / maintaining technical and training documentationStrategic planning and operations experience within IT/Integrations department.The ability to translate technical issues into everyday language.Synapse (WMS), McLeod (TMS), experience is preferred but not required.Experience writing basic SQL queriesExperience working with Oracle, SQL, and Linux databasesEducation and/or Experience RequiredUndergraduate degree in Supply Chain, Engineering, Computer Science, Information Technology, Business Administration or related field or 5+ years of experience in EDI/IT Integrations or as a technical BA focused on data integration and process improvementLanguage Skills SetsStrong English language skills.Mathematical SkillsCollege-level math skills required.Reasoning AbilityStrong reasoning ability required, ability to develop and understand complex logic flows.Computer SkillsAdvanced computer skills required.Physical DemandsLight lifting required.Mobility within office environment.Requires extensive visual contact with computer screens and data input.Must be articulate and comfortable speaking in front of others.Regularly works in an indoor/office environment and required to sit and/or use repetitive hand motion.Frequently required to talk, hear, stand, and walk.Must be able to work in excess of continuous 8 hours when required.Must be able to work under stressful situations, have good cognitive skills, maintain work accuracy, and the ability to concentrate on more than one task at a time.Must be able to speak and communicate clearly over telephones.Must be in sound physical health as determined by a certified licensed physician with no evidence of the use of controlled substances.Work EnvironmentWhile performing the duties of this Job, the employee is occasionally exposed to moving mechanical parts, and fumes or airborne particles.
