Patient Care CoordinatorMountain Land Physical Therapy, in partnership with Registered Physical Therapists (RPT), is hiring a friendly, organized, and tech-savvy Patient Care Coordinator to join our outpatient physical therapy team. In this front desk medical office role, you'll manage patient scheduling and payment collection, while creating a welcoming clinic environment. This position includes full training and mentorship, which is ideal for both experienced medical receptionists and those new to healthcare.Greet and check in patients, creating a friendly and professional first impressionManage physical therapists' schedules using our scheduling softwareCollect co-pays, co-insurance, deductibles, and private payments at time of serviceAnswer phones and respond to emails with exceptional customer serviceMaintain HIPAA compliance and confidentiality in all patient interactionsKeep the front desk and waiting area organized, efficient, and welcomingAssist with medical record updates and administrative tasksPrevious front office, medical receptionist, or customer service experience preferredComfort using Microsoft Office and learning a scheduling softwareStrong communication and multitasking skillsFriendly, team-oriented personality with a professional demeanorWillingness to learn and grow in a healthcare settingSupportive team culture with mentorship at every stage of your careerRoom to grow into roles in medical billing, office management, or clinic operationsWork that makes a difference by helping patients on their journey to recoveryHigh school diploma or equivalentFriendly, professional communication skillsComfortable using computers and learning new softwareAble to multitask in a fast-paced clinicReliable and punctualCustomer service or office experience preferred
