Major Gifts Associate Director

A company is looking for an Associate Director, Major Gifts. Key Responsibilities Qualify, cultivate, solicit, and steward new and existing donors Manage a portfolio of approximately 75 individual donors and prospects, generating significant revenue Collaborate with faculty and leadership on donor strategy development and execution Required Qualifications Bachelor's Degree required Five years of direct fundraising experience required Proven success in major gift fundraising Strong relationship-building skills with high-capacity donors Ability to manage a complex donor portfolio with accountability for revenue goals
