Responsibilities: The Scrum Master will support Barrow Wise's State of Maryland Department of General Services (DGS) project, and perform the following duties: Lead Agile process for one or more Scrum Teams to ensure delivery and releases are within scope. Maintain ongoing development of the team and continue improvement of the development process, product quality, and quantity of work delivered. Guide and coach the Scrum Team. An ideal candidate has the following: U.S. Citizenship Bachelor's degree from an accredited college or university with a major in a related field. Minimum of seven (7) years of relevant experience.
