We are seeking a driven individual who is eager to learn, contribute, and grow within a fast‑paced hospitality-focused property organization. As part of Troon , you’ll contribute to a global leader in golf and community management. Responsibilities Maintain a professional appearance at all times Maintain a supply of all bar products/supplies, including all glassware, expendable paper and other supplies Maintain the sanitation and cleanliness of the bar area(s), glassware and equipment Assure that all laws applicable to beverage operations are consistently followed Collect payment for drinks served Greet and provide immediate attention to guests Learn the names of regulars and personally recognize them Monitor guest experience and take appropriate action to assure the best customer service Inspect the bar prior to opening to ensure adequate supplies and inventory are available Prepare garnishes, mix and pre‑mixed drinks Perform clean‑up and closing duties as assigned Adhere to sanitation, safety and alcohol beverage control policies including confirming legal drinking age and discontinuing service to intoxicated guests Implement and support all course policies and programs as communicated by management Perform other duties as assigned by supervisor or manager Education and Experience Requirements 1–2 years of bartending experience Must be of legal age to serve liquor according to state law Working knowledge of beer, wine and liquor and common drink recipes Must have strong customer/guest orientation Organized, able to work well in a fast‑paced environment Must have strong communication and interpersonal skills Must be dependable Benefits & Other Compensation Healthcare Benefits – Medical, Dental, and Vision coverage Retirement Benefits – 401(k) with employer match (19 years of age and older) Time Off – Paid time off (PTO) and leaves of absence, in accordance with applicable law and eligibility criteria Eligibility for benefits and the specific terms, conditions, and offerings are governed by the applicable plan documents and company policies, which may be amended at the Company’s discretion.
