Registered Nurse - CTICU (Nights)

Assignment Duration

This is a 13-week contract position.

Schedule

Night shifts from 19:00 to 07:30, working 3 × 11.5 hour shifts, totaling 35 hours per week.

Job Description

We are seeking a dedicated Registered Nurse with experience in Critical Care Unit (CTICU) environments. The ideal candidate must be comfortable floating to other areas as needed and should possess a strong clinical background to provide exceptional care to critically ill patients.

Responsibilities

• Provide comprehensive care to patients in the CTICU and other floating areas.
• Monitor and assess patient conditions and responses to treatment.
• Administer medications and manage IV therapy.
• Collaborate with healthcare team members to develop and implement patient care plans.
• Educate patients and families regarding health care needs and post-treatment care.

Required Experience / Certifications / Licensure

• 2 or more years of RN experience required.
• At least 1 year of experience in Critical Care or CTICU preferred.
• Travel experience is required.
• Current BLS and ACLS certifications are mandatory.
