Fulfillment Specialist Location: New York, NY (Manhattan) Duration: 3-months contract Schedule: 8:00 AM 4:00 PM, Monday to Friday (some intermittent weeks off) Pay Range: $15 - $20/hr on W2. About the Role The DashPass team is seeking motivated individuals who thrive in fast-paced, physical environments. As a Fulfillment Specialist, you will help customers save time and simplify their lives by completing errands, grocery shopping, in-store pickups, and organizing tasks. You will communicate with customers daily through the app and SMS, ensuring timely and accurate fulfillment while providing excellent customer service. This role is ideal for candidates familiar with Manhattan, who enjoy problem-solving on the ground, and are committed to operational excellence. Responsibilities Complete important errands and tasks for busy professionals, seniors, parents, or people with disabilities. Ensure timely and accurate fulfillment of customer requests, maintaining high standards of service. Oversee day-to-day operations, ensuring that new services run smoothly, efficiently, and safely. Build relationships with customers by providing dependable, high-quality service. Explore opportunities to generate new business through innovative use of the client Marketplace and other verticals. Communicate clearly and professionally with clients through the app and SMS. Qualifications Comfortable navigating NYC and Manhattan, including the subway system and public transportation. Tech-savvy, with experience using apps, texting clients, and following GPS directions. Detail-oriented, ensuring accuracy in shopping lists, product selection, and communication. Trustworthy, dependable, and professional; able to maintain customer privacy and punctuality. Proactive, resourceful, and able to solve problems on the go. People-oriented, understanding the impact of small tasks on customer satisfaction. Determined and willing to roll up your sleeves to achieve success. Preferred Qualifications Bachelor's degree or currently pursuing one. Proven success leading initiatives, establishing and achieving goals, and collaborating in a team environment.
