Salary: $19-$21 / hour - based on experience Monarch Management Group Inc. is a rapidly growing property management company with properties spread throughout the Commonwealth of PA. We have a diverse portfolio of affordable housing properties, including single family homes and veteran housing communities, that we strive to keep safe, welcoming, and well-maintained for our residents. Responsibilities:
- Oversee the daily operations of assigned buildings
- Ensure buildings are well-maintained and comply with all regulations
- Manage leasing activities, including tenant screening, lease signing, and renewals
- Handle resident concerns and resolve issues promptly
- Coordinate with maintenance staff and vendors (if applicable) for repairs and upkeep
- Ensure compliance with affordable housing regulations and guidelines
- Foster a positive community environment for residents
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Strong organizational and multitasking skills
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation
