Pay: $175-210k (based on experience)
Hybrid Schedule: 3 days in office / 2 days remote ExecuSource is seeking a Tax Director to lead complex tax engagements, manage client relationships, and mentor staff across multiple industries. This role emphasizes strategic tax planning, regulatory compliance, and delivering high-quality, client-focused solutions while upholding the firm's values of integrity and accountability. This role emphasizes strategic tax planning, regulatory compliance, and delivering high-quality, client-focused solutions while upholding the firm's values of integrity and accountability. - Review complex tax returns and ensure compliance with federal and state laws
- Lead tax research and planning initiatives
- Advise clients and support audit engagements
- Supervise and mentor team members
- CPA required; Bachelor's in Accounting (Master's preferred)
- 8+ years of public accounting experience
- Experience with tax authorities and strong leadership skills
- Proficiency in tax software preferred
