Family Medicine Nurse Practitioner (NP)
StartDate: ASAP Available Shifts: Day 8 Pay Rate: $72.75 - $78.75
This facility is seeking a Family Medicine Nurse Practitioner (NP) for locum tenens support as they look to fill a current need.
Details and requirements for this opportunity.
·Schedule: Sunday - Wednesday 10 hour shifts 9a-8p
·Patients per day: 18
·Practice Setting: Federally Qualified Health Center
·Scope: Outpatient Clinic
·State Licensure: Washington state medical license, Basic Life Support (BLS) or Advanced Cardiac Life Support (ACLS), Board Certified and Drug Enforcement Administration (DEA).
·Credentialing Timeframe: 3 weeks
