Job Details Specialty: Physical Therapist Discipline: Therapy Start Date: 05/24/2026 Duration: 12 weeks 40 hours per week Shift: 8 hours Employment Type: Travel Qualifications Bachelor's, Master's, or Doctoral Degree in Physical Therapy from an accredited program approved by the APTA. Active Arizona Physical Therapist license required to start the assignment. BLS Certification from AHA or ARC may be required. Experience in outpatient physical therapy settings preferred. Ability to provide 8-hour day shifts and flexibility to work weekends as requested by the client. (Client requires weekend availability.) Current clinical documentation skills and experience with outpatient therapy modalities and equipment preferred. Assignment Details Facility Type: Outpatient. Shift Name: Days.
