RN Clinical Case Manager

Come and enjoy a great working environment where all staff are made to feel welcome! Responsibilities Assists the D.O.N with planning, directing, and supervising the activities of the nursing staff. MDS Experience Ensures the Nursing Department is in compliance with federal, state, and local regulations. Develops, implements, and updates department policy and procedures when necessary or as directed. Assists with staffing to ensure resident needs and regulatory requirements are met at all times. Participates in federal, state, and local agency annual surveys. Reviews any deficiencies noted by government agencies during inspections and assists with the implementation of changes needed to correct any deficiencies found. Completes annual performance reviews of all subordinate staff. Provides guidance and education to staff regarding their performance. Maintains accuracy of patient records. Reports and investigates incidents thoroughly and timely. Maintains the self‑respect, personal dignity, and physical needs of each patient. Assists physicians during rounds. Provides guidance and training for aides. Demonstrates proficient nursing skills. Qualifications Current state license as a registered nurse. High school graduate or GED.
