We are recruiting a Digital Press Supervisor to join our talented team of high-impact employees on 2nd and 3rd shifts in our Aurora, IL production facility. The Press Helper is an entry level position, responsible for assisting the Press Operator in running a printing press. Prior experience is helpful, but not necessary. We also offer a Press Operator Training Program for Press Helpers interested in taking their career to the next level! In this position you will:- Assist the Press Operator in setting up the press to run individual jobs
- Hang rolls of paper, fill ink fountains and keep the area around the press clean
- Make sure all material is stocked and ready for the Press Operator and for the next shift
- Keep all tools organized and put away when not in use
- Complete daily production logs
- Communicate the status of jobs at shift change
- Promote a safe, positive, team atmosphere
- High School Diploma or equivalent
- Mechanically inclined
- Detail orientated and committed to quality
- Able to multi-task within a manufacturing environment
