Licensed Nursing Home Administrator

Position Summary
A well-established skilled nursing facility is seeking a licensed Nursing Home Administrator to oversee daily operations and lead overall facility performance. This role is responsible for ensuring regulatory compliance, driving quality outcomes, managing financial performance, and fostering a positive environment for residents, families, and staff.

Key Responsibilities

• Oversee daily facility operations with a focus on quality care and resident satisfaction

• Ensure compliance with all federal, state, and local regulations

• Lead and support department heads and interdisciplinary teams

• Manage admissions, discharges, and census development activities

• Oversee budgeting, financial performance, and resource allocation

• Drive quality improvement initiatives and survey readiness

• Build and maintain strong relationships with residents, families, and community partners

• Ensure a safe, clean, and well-maintained environment

Qualifications

• Active Nursing Home Administrator license required

• Minimum of 3 years of healthcare management experience in a skilled nursing or long-term care setting

• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Healthcare Administration, Nursing, or related field

• Strong knowledge of regulatory requirements and compliance standards

• Proven leadership, team development, and communication skills

• Experience managing budgets and financial operations

• Admissions, marketing, or business development experience preferred
