Job Opportunity – Cardiovascular Operating Room (CVOR) RN – Ohio

Location: Akron, Ohio

Schedule: Day shift, 7:00 AM – 5:30 PM. On-call requirements include 1-2 weekday call shifts per week from end of shift until 7:00 AM, one 24-hour weekend call rotation every 6 weeks (both Saturday and Sunday), and one working weekend shift every 6 weeks. Holiday call rotation as needed.

Requirements

• Minimum 18 months of permanent CVOR experience required
• At least 2 years of recent RN experience; cardiovascular operating room experience strongly preferred
• Active Ohio RN license or current Compact license at time of submission
• Current American Heart Association BLS certification required
• Professional reference from a manager, supervisor, or director in CVOR specialty from the past 12 months
• Successful completion of ECG rhythm recognition and safe medication administration assessments during orientation
• COVID-19 and flu vaccinations required (medical/religious exemptions considered)
• Clear background check with no open legal cases; no license discipline history
