Project Manager - Commercial TI Construction - (HYBRID WORK ENVIRONMENT)

Location: Long Beach, CA

Compensation: $125,000 – $150,000

Company Overview:

Tiello is partnered with a highly regarded local Commercial General Contractor based in Long Beach, CA , in their search for a Project Manager (Commercial TI Construction) to support Large TI & Small Ground-Up projects in the Commercial, Office, Retail, & Restaurant Industries ranging in value from $2 M to $20 M.

Role Summary:

The ideal candidate will have 3+ years of experience as a Project Manager in the Commercial General Construction Industry and will be responsible for leading successful large TI and small Ground-Up Projects.

Job Responsibilities:

• Supervise and direct all aspects of construction projects and team.
• Perform cost estimating, budgeting and project forecasting.
• Responsible for schedules, change orders, billings, and monthly status reports.
• Manage a small project team of 2-3 employees.
• Ensure that the work is in compliance with City or County requirements and building codes
• Able to communicate with the owner and architect on key building information.
• Accountable for key project details and completion that lead to client satisfaction.

Qualifications/Requirements:

• 3+ years as a Project Manager managing projects for a reputable Commercial General Contractor
• Bachelors degree in construction management or engineering (preferred)
• Support job site construction and experience with self-perform work.
• Experience working on Commercial, Office, Retail, Restaurant projects, both large TI and small Ground-Up Construction Projects
• Experience with cost projection, financial analysis, budget reviews, labor reports.
