The Configuration Consultant will configure RTSM projects based on the agreed-upon study requirements quickly and with the highest quality. This position requires great attention to detail. This is a full-time, exempt position. Days and hours of work are generally Monday through Friday, 9:00 AM to 5:00 PM, however hours are dependent on customer needs and deliverables.What You'll DoWork closely with cross-functional team members and customers to understand RTSM requirementsConfigure the RTSM based on customer requirementsLead design review meetings with customersProvide RTSM expertise and guidance in the RTSM designManage and configure data integration solutionsFacilitate and troubleshoot the myriad of issues associated with designing complex systems and projectsRequirements2+ year degree or equivalent experience2+ years of customer service or other client relationship experienceProficiency in business software including MS Office and Text Editing softwareExcellent attention to detailNice to Have1+ years of RTSM/IRT experience1+ years in the Life Sciences industryExperience with Veeva VaultInterviewing with VeevaWe value your time and believe in a transparent hiring process. Please note that actual salaries may vary within the range above or below, depending on experience and location.
