Role Overview As a Behavior Analyst at Elevated Kids, you play a central role in supporting young children and their families through thoughtful, relationship-based care grounded in best practice. You’ll guide clinical programming, partner closely with caregivers, and collaborate with an interdisciplinary team to support meaningful progress in everyday environments. Each BA has access to a Lead Behavior Analyst who serves as a clinical thought partner and resource. What You’ll Need for This Role To support children and families in this role, candidates must meet the following requirements: Current BCBA certification in good standing State licensure (such as LBS), or eligibility to obtain licensure within 90 days of hire Master’s degree in Applied Behavior Analysis, Psychology, Education, or a related field Ability to pass required background checks and employment screenings Strong communication skills and comfort collaborating with families and interdisciplinary teams A commitment to ethical, developmentally grounded, and family-centered care We recognize that great clinicians bring more than credentials alone. While we have a home base office available to support collaboration and connection, this role offers flexibility in where work is completed, including remote and telehealth work when clinically appropriate. Scheduling is planned thoughtfully and collaboratively, and candidates should be comfortable commuting up to 30 minutes as part of their role.
