Supports the installation and upkeep of nitrogen on-site generation equi pment.Supports cryogenic bulk installations both at Airgas facilities and customer sites.Restores and optimizes pressure reduction equipment associated with bulk delivery sy stems.Evaluates and provides solutions for electrical systems associated with N2 generation and cryogenic installations, including: motor controls and relays, low pressure, high pressure and liquid level alarm sy stems.Installs decals and warning signs for the proper identification of hazards, warnings, ownership, normal operational settings, emergency contacts , etc.Performs installation of piping systems in accordance with company SOP's.Performs Site Surveys to build alignment with all federal, state/provincial and local codes.Fosters a secure environment by providing fencing to protect installations from tampering or unauthorized entry.Performs periodic preventative maintenance tasks on N2 generation equipment based on the PM sch edule.Performs annual inspections of all bulk installation sites to ensure their condition and excellent oper ation.Champions and upholds safety policies and procedures to nurture a secure work place.Maintains an appropriate stock of recommended parts necessary to restore typical installations within the assigned customer base.Collaborates on additional projects as n eeded. Required Qualific ations: High school diploma or general education degre e (GED).You will need a minimum of three years of relevant work exp erience.Candidates must have valid employment authorization in the U.S. and must not require visa sponsorship now or in the future. This position is not open for non-immigrant visa spon sponsorship.Capability to write routine reports and professional corresp ondence.Experience and good skills with troubles hooting.Valid Drivers license is needed.Experience with operating a forklift and maintaining the necessary certifi cations.Will need to pass required testing and obtain Medical Certificate and Brazing License.Ability to travel with overnig ht staysExperience in the safe operation of both electrical and manual ha nd toolsAbility to read, interpret, and produce detailed process diagrams for custome r sites.Professional communication with customers and vendors; must maintain a professional app earance.Ability to read and interpret various documents, including MSDS, safety rules, operating/maintenance instructions, procedure manuals, and P&a mp;ID’s.
