GOALS operates 24/7.Job SummaryThe GOALS Program Director is responsible for the day-to-day operations and management of GOALS. The Program Director provides direct leadership and supervision to residential staff, ensures effective staffing and service delivery, supports a safe and welcoming environment, and responds to immediate client and staff needs.
