Key Requirements: Must have experience in project management, estimating, or engineering within the oil, gas, or subsea industry Experience with brownfield projects (modifications, upgrades, or work on existing facilities) strongly preferred Entry-level candidates welcome; training provided for the right individual Background or education in engineering, construction, project management, or a related field preferred Exposure to estimating, project coordination, or oil & gas environments is a plus Understanding of or ability to quickly learn industrial fabrication/shop operations (aligned with Koil’s work) Strong interest in learning cost estimating and project support Mechanically inclined with strong attention to detail Comfortable working with numbers, data, and basic financial information Proficient in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, Outlook) Ability to create, edit, and share PDF documents Familiar with Teams, Zoom, or similar communication tools Strong communication skills and ability to work with internal teams and clients Comfortable working in both office and shop environments Motivated, dependable, and a self-starter with a strong desire to learn and grow Shifts: Monday-Friday 8 am - 5 pm Weekends/OT as needed Duration: Temporary to perm How to Apply: Apply & Receive offers NOW!
