This leadership role is responsible for ensuring high-quality patient care, operational efficiency, and compliance with regulatory standards while supporting staff development and departmental performance.Key ResponsibilitiesDirect and manage daily departmental operations to align with organizational goalsLead staff recruitment, scheduling, payroll oversight, performance evaluations, and professional developmentProvide guidance on conflict resolution, coaching, and corrective actions when necessaryMonitor departmental budgets, vendor relationships, and resource utilizationEnsure compliance with healthcare regulations and internal policies, including HIPAAOversee equipment, supplies, and procurement processes to maintain operational readinessEvaluate patient care quality and coordinate services across clinical teams and departmentsDeliver hands-on patient care support when neededMaintain strong communication with internal teams, physicians, and external partnersScheduleFull-TimeMonday through Friday, 8:00 AM - 5:00 PMAdditional coverage for open shifts as neededRequired QualificationsBachelor's degree in a related field preferred; relevant experience may be considered in lieu of educationCertified Respiratory Care Therapist with a current Arkansas state licenseLeadership or management experience strongly preferredPreferred QualificationsBasic Life Support (BLS) certification within 1 month of hireAdvanced Cardiovascular Life Support (ACLS) within 6 months of hirePediatric Advanced Life Support (PALS) within 6 months of hireKey Skills RequiredTeam leadership and staff developmentRegulatory compliance and healthcare operationsBudget and resource managementPatient care coordinationStrong communication and problem-solving abilitiesWhy This Location?Russellville, Arkansas offers a balance of small-town charm and outdoor adventure.
