Job Title: Director, Risk Management & Patient Safety (KFH/HP) Location: Downey, CA Onsite Salary: $175,600 – $258,100/year Job Summary Seeking a Director to lead Clinical Risk Management, Patient Safety, Quality, and Infection Prevention programs within an acute care hospital. Key Responsibilities Lead clinical risk and patient safety programs Conduct/oversee RCA, FMEA, and clinical chart reviews Oversee Infection Prevention and architectural infection-control activities Ensure regulatory and accreditation compliance Identify risks and implement corrective actions Analyze patient safety, quality, and population health data Partner with hospital leadership and clinical teams Must-Haves Recent acute care hospital risk management experience CPHRM certification RN license preferred/required Experience with RCA, FMEA, and patient safety Infection Prevention program experience Architectural infection control experience Healthcare cybersecurity risk experience Strong leadership and communication skills Bright Vision Technologies, we are committed to equal employment opportunities and fostering an inclusive work environment.
