Rosenberg Indoor Comfort, LLC of San Antonio, TX is looking to hire a full-time Customer Service Representative to join our office team. This Customer Service Representative position offers a competitive starting wage of $15.00 per hour with opportunities for growth based on performance and experience. We also offer an excellent benefits package that includes:

A Day in the Life

As our Customer Service Representative, you'll be the first point of contact for our customers and play an important role in delivering an outstanding customer experience. Whether you're answering phones, scheduling service, assisting the dispatch team, or helping customers with maintenance agreements, you'll keep our office running smoothly while supporting our technicians and customers.

Your responsibilities may include:

• Answering incoming phone calls with professionalism and enthusiasm.
• Responding to customer inquiries and service requests by phone and email.
• Entering service requests and maintaining customer information in ServiceTitan .
• Processing credit card payments.
• Printing and mailing work orders for customers who do not receive email.
• Assisting with bulk email communications and marketing campaigns.
• Promoting and selling Preventative Service Agreements (PSAs).
• Converting marketing and Google Ads calls into scheduled service appointments.
• Providing backup support for dispatch during lunch breaks, vacations, or as needed.
• Mailing and following up on residential maintenance agreement renewals.
• Assisting with additional office and dispatch tasks to support daily operations.

What We're Looking For

We're looking for someone who enjoys helping people, works well in a fast-paced office, and takes initiative to get the job done.

Preferred qualifications include:

• At least one year of customer service, administrative, or service industry experience.
• Previous experience with ServiceTitan is preferred but not required.
• Strong phone etiquette with a friendly, professional speaking voice.
• Excellent listening, communication, and customer service skills.
• Ability to multitask, prioritize work, and stay organized.
• Strong attention to detail and accurate data entry skills.
• Comfortable learning new software and technology.
• Dependable, self-motivated, and eager to learn.
• Team-oriented with a willingness to assist wherever needed.
• Knowledge of San Antonio and the surrounding areas is a plus.
• Ability to remain seated at a desk for extended periods while working on a computer and handling phone calls.

Schedule

This is a full-time, Monday-Friday office position with typical business hours, giving you evenings and weekends to enjoy your personal time.
