Base pay range $55.00/hr - $90.00/hr Direct message the job poster from Sayva Solutions Recruiting Manager | Accounting, Finance, and HR -San Diego/Orange County, Houston/Dallas, Seattle, & Fully Remote We are seeking an experienced Senior Accountant (Consultant) to support our large publicly held client's Operating Expenses (OPEX) group , with a specific focus on Travel & Expense (T&E) transactions. This role is an individual contributor position at the manager/senior manager level and is ideal for a detail-oriented, analytical professional with strong communication and stakeholder management skills. The ability to work in Dallas on a hybrid basis is strongly preferred. Compensation: $55 to $90/HR W2 DOE Please note this range is an estimate and actual pay may vary based on qualifications and experience. Key Responsibilities: Support and oversee T&E accounting processes, including review and approval of high-volume transactions (100K+ per month). Review journal entries and reconciliations prepared by the Global Business Systems (GBS) team based in India. Perform quality checks and validations to ensure accuracy and compliance with accounting policies. Approve journal entries related to T&E transactions. Collaborate cross-functionally with stakeholders across finance, operations, and global teams. Apply critical thinking and accounting judgment to complex scenarios involving OPEX and T&E items. Drive process improvements and uphold internal controls over financial reporting. Qualifications: Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field; CPA or equivalent preferred. 5–8+ years of progressive experience in accounting, with a focus on expense management and general ledger review. Strong understanding of T&E processes and systems. Experience working with or managing offshore teams is a plus. Exceptional attention to detail and ability to manage large volumes of data and transactions. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to work with global and cross-functional stakeholders. Proficiency in financial systems and tools (e.g., Oracle, SAP, Workday, Concur, etc.). What You'll Bring: A proactive, independent mindset with a collaborative approach.
