Humana is seeking a Senior Coding Educator to identify opportunities to improve provider documentation and tailor an education plan per provider. You will report to the Manager, Coding Education. You will lead risk adjustment strategy development, analyze data, and deliver educational sessions to providers on quality of care, documentation, and coding improvements, including PowerPoint presentations and webinars.
