Lead CT Technologist – Full-Time / PRN

Location: Phoenix Valley, AZ

Pay: $50-$55/hr

Job Type: Full-Time & PRN / Per Diem

Department: Radiology / Computed Tomography

Concentric Healthcare Staffing is currently seeking experienced Lead CT Technologists for full-time and PRN/per diem opportunities throughout the Phoenix Valley .

We are looking for CT Technologists who have strong technical skills, excellent communication abilities, and the experience to help lead day-to-day CT operations while providing high-quality patient care.

Position Responsibilities

• Perform diagnostic CT examinations in accordance with established protocols and department standards.
• Provide leadership and support to CT Technologists and radiology staff.
• Assist with daily workflow, patient flow, staffing needs, and department operations.
• Ensure CT exams are performed safely, accurately, and efficiently.
• Review imaging orders and patient histories to ensure appropriate exam protocols are followed.
• Operate CT equipment and perform quality control procedures as required.
• Maintain accurate patient documentation and follow all applicable regulatory and safety requirements.
• Follow proper radiation safety and infection-control procedures.
• Assist with troubleshooting equipment and escalating technical issues when necessary.
• Help train, orient, and mentor CT Technologists and other department staff.
• Work collaboratively with radiologists, nurses, technologists, and other healthcare professionals.
• Maintain a professional and patient-focused environment.
• Support department leadership with operational needs and workflow improvements.

Qualifications

• ARRT certification in Radiography required.
• CT certification/registry required or eligibility based on facility requirements.
• Current Arizona Radiologic Technologist license required.
• BLS certification required.
• Previous CT experience required.
• Previous lead, senior technologist, or supervisory experience strongly preferred.
• Strong knowledge of CT protocols, anatomy, contrast administration, and patient safety.
• Ability to work independently and effectively in a fast-paced clinical environment.
• Excellent communication and organizational skills.
• Must be dependable, professional, and patient-focused.
