Travel Rate (based on 36 hours): Hrly $38.86 Stipend (Lodging $770.00 + M&I $476.00) = $1,246.00

Total Comp :$2,644.96

Travel Eligibility: Candidates must live at least 50+ miles from the facility to qualify for Travel Pay.

Shift Details:

• Days, 3x12, 36hrs/week

Nursing Specialty: OR Circulator RN

Registered Nurse (RN) Duties & Responsibilities:

• Direct, plan, and control nursing activities and patient care.

• Make clinical decisions based on measurable and verifiable criteria.

• Work independently while collaborating effectively with the healthcare team.

• Implement the plan of care to ensure patient safety, correct-site procedures, medication administration, and prevention of surgical complications and infections.

• Monitor and maintain patients’ physiological status, wound healing, tissue perfusion, and fluid/electrolyte balance.

• Protect patients’ rights, dignity, privacy, and confidentiality while providing age-appropriate, culturally competent, and ethical care.

• Accurately document all nursing care.

• Maintain required competencies and participate in ongoing education and professional development.

• Serve as a patient advocate, comply with hospital policies and procedures, float to qualified departments as needed, and perform other assigned duties.

Minimum Qualifications:

• Current RN license in State of Oregon, BLS, ACLS, & PALS Certification, TNCC.

• Bachelor's Degree in Nursing.

• CNOR, Peri-op 101, CRASE training: If travel assignment extends beyond a 6-month period, CRASE training will be required.

• Previous RN circulator experience, Peri-op 101 course, Scrub experience.

• Copy of current, completedPrimary Source Verification (PSV) from the appropriate licensing board or verification agency, if required.

• Copy of all current required certifications and compliance documents (e.g., .BLS, N95 fit test, immunization records, TB test, or other client-specific requirements).
