The Robert J. Roll Agency is seeking a driven, relationship-focused Multi-Line Insurance Sales Representative to join our growing team in Riverview, MI.

This is a sales-focused position with the opportunity to help individuals, families, and businesses protect what matters most through a full range of insurance solutions, including auto, home, life, umbrella, and business insurance .

We are looking for someone who is motivated to grow, enjoys working with people, and wants their effort and results to directly impact their income.

Monthly Production Targets

This is a true producer role with clear expectations for consistent multi-line production:

• Life Insurance: 4 issued policies per month
• Property & Casualty: 20 new policies per month
• P&C Premium: $25,000 in new written premium per month

Our goal is not simply to write individual policies. We want to build strong, multi-line client relationships by identifying the full picture of a client's insurance needs.

Position Overview

As a Multi-Line Insurance Sales Representative, you will:

• Develop new insurance opportunities through prospecting, referrals, existing clients, and agency leads
• Conduct insurance reviews and identify gaps in coverage
• Quote and sell auto, home, umbrella, life, and business insurance
• Cross-sell existing clients to provide more complete protection
• Conduct life insurance needs analyses and protection-planning conversations
• Schedule and run appointments in person, by phone, and virtually
• Follow up consistently with prospects and clients
• Manage your sales pipeline and work toward monthly production targets
• Build long-term client relationships through ongoing insurance reviews

This is primarily a sales and relationship-building position , not a traditional customer service role.

Responsibilities

• Generate and follow up on new business opportunities
• Quote and present personal, commercial, and life insurance solutions
• Identify opportunities within the agency's existing book of business
• Conduct comprehensive insurance reviews
• Maintain consistent sales activity, including calls, quotes, appointments, and follow-ups
• Produce toward monthly targets of 4 life policies, 20 P&C policies, and $25,000 in new P&C premium
• Maintain accurate prospect and sales pipeline information
• Ask for referrals and develop new centers of influence
• Work closely with the agency owner to improve sales skills, processes, and results
• Participate in ongoing product and sales training

Qualifications

• Michigan Property & Casualty and Life Insurance licenses preferred
• Willingness to obtain required licenses if not currently licensed
• Strong communication and relationship-building skills
• Self-motivated and goal-oriented
• Organized with strong follow-up discipline
• Comfortable prospecting and asking for the sale
• Coachable and open to accountability
• Ability to manage multiple opportunities and priorities
