As a Labor & Delivery RN, you'll play a vital role in the care of expectant mothers and newborns, providing expert support before, during, and after delivery.

This full-time day shift position offers the opportunity to work in a supportive environment where experience is valued, and every birth is treated with care and professionalism.

Qualifications:

• Associate of Science in Nursing (ASN) required
• Bachelor of Science in Nursing (BSN) preferred
• Active Indiana RN license or Multi-State License (NLC) required
• BLS certification required within 30 days of hire (training provided)
• Minimum of 2 years of Birthing Center or Labor & Delivery experience preferred
• Ability to lift/move 50+ lbs and stand or walk for extended periods
• Excellent communication and team collaboration skills

What You Will Do:

• Provide nursing care to mothers and newborns during labor, delivery, and postpartum
• Assist with monitoring vital signs, administering medications, and interpreting fetal monitoring
• Support OB/GYNs and providers during labor and birth procedures
• Educate patients and families on postpartum recovery, breastfeeding, and newborn care
• Maintain accurate, timely documentation in electronic medical records
• Deliver compassionate, family-centered care in line with best practices and safety protocols
• Participate in a rotating schedule of weekends and holidays
