Join Our Team as a Recovery Support Specialist at Golden Age Foundation

As a Recovery Support Specialist, you’ll play a key role in helping individuals heal, rebuild, and thrive. You’ll work closely with clients and community resources to ensure they receive the support they need to achieve their goals. Your work will be vital in fostering stability and generational progress for those we serve.

Here’s what your day-to-day might look like: - Provide compassionate, one-on-one support to individuals navigating challenges such as mental health, reentry, housing, and employment. - Collaborate with community partners and resources to create a seamless network of care. - Empower clients to build life skills, achieve independence, and connect with opportunities for growth. - Actively contribute to the development of an ecosystem-based model of community support.

Here are the qualifications we’re looking for: - Experience: At least 1 year of experience in a related field. - Skills: Strong interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to connect with individuals from diverse backgrounds. - Mindset: A compassionate, solution-oriented approach and a genuine desire to help others thrive. - Team Player: Ability to collaborate effectively with colleagues and community partners.
